Your training isn’t the problem. Your hormones are just doing something new.
If your usual sessions suddenly feel harder, your sleep is broken, your recovery is slower, and nobody can tell you why — this tracker helps you gather the evidence.
What’s inside:
- Set up your tracker — personalise it to your own cycle, symptoms and training week
- Live pattern summary — spots trends automatically as you fill it in
- Weekly tracker — training load, energy, sleep, mood and symptoms in one view
- What you are noticing — a place to record the things that don’t fit in a box
- Questions for my doctor — builds a proper list so you walk in prepared, not flustered
- After the appointment — capture what was said and what you’re trying next
How it works:
Download and save perimenopause-training-tracker.html on your computer. Find the saved file, choose Open with, and select your desktop browser. First-open, data-entry and Save/reopen checks passed in desktop Chromium. Use Save to keep entries in that browser, and reopen the same file in the same browser and location. Keep a separate copy of important notes. Backup import currently does not reliably restore entries across multiple weeks. Phone compatibility, syncing and offline operation have not been verified.
Who it’s for:
Women in their late 30s, 40s and 50s who run, ride, Zwift or train — and who are tired of being told: “it’s just age”. You’re not imagining it. Let’s get it on paper.
Not medical advice. This is a tracking tool to help you have a better conversation with your healthcare provider. 🩷
