Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Endurance Diaries. We want you to love what you buy. Here is how refunds and returns work for each type of product.

Digital products (apps, templates, trackers and downloads)

Digital products are delivered immediately and cannot practically be returned once supplied. The seven-day cooling-off right in section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act does not apply to goods which, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned, as provided in section 42(2)(f)(iii).

Once a digital download link has been accessed, sales are therefore normally final. This does not limit your statutory rights. We will gladly provide a full refund or replacement if:

  • The file is faulty, corrupted or materially different from its description; or
  • You were charged but never received your download link, and we cannot fix delivery within 48 hours.

If you have trouble installing or using a digital product, including the Daniel Fast app, please contact us first. Most installation issues can be resolved quickly.

Physical products (Glitter Grind merchandise)

We offer returns of physical items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Contact us with your order number to start a return.

Return shipping is for your account unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. In that case, we will cover the return and offer the remedy available to you under the Consumer Protection Act.

Defective goods are covered by the six-month implied warranty in sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed through PayFast to your original payment method. We aim to complete the process within 5–10 business days, although your bank’s processing time may vary.
