Welcome to The Endurance Diaries (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated from South Africa. By using this website or purchasing from our shop, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

The Endurance Diaries is a South African blog and online shop offering endurance-sport content, digital products, including Android apps and printable templates, and physical merchandise.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Payment is processed securely by PayFast. We do not see or store your card details. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email.

3. Digital products

  • Download links are delivered by email after successful payment.
  • Digital products are licensed for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute or share them.
  • The Daniel Fast Android app is distributed as a direct APK download. Installation requires allowing app installs from outside Google Play; an illustrated installation guide is included. The app requires Android 7.0 or newer.
  • Refunds for digital products are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

4. Health and training disclaimer

Content on this site, including blog posts, training tips and the Daniel Fast app, is for general wellness, fitness motivation and spiritual reflection only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any fast, diet or training programme, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, diabetic or taking medication.

5. Physical products and shipping

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, designs, apps and branding such as The Endurance Diaries, Glitter Grind and Daniel Fast, is our property and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

7. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with POPIA. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
