The Endurance Diaries is a South African endurance lifestyle blog and online shop operated by an individual based in South Africa. We sell digital products, training resources, and endurance-related content primarily targeting the South African market.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices on The Endurance Diaries are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to update or change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

Product descriptions are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. If you have a question about a specific product before purchasing, please contact us first.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through PayFast, a South African payment gateway. We accept all major South African payment methods including credit card, debit card, EFT, and instant EFT.

We do not store, process, or have access to your card details at any point. All payment data is handled entirely by PayFast in accordance with their security standards.

Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and verified.

4. Digital Products & Delivery

Most products sold on The Endurance Diaries are digital downloads (such as PDF guides and training resources). These are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment. If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

Please ensure you provide a valid, working email address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect email address being entered.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

However, we are fair and reasonable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, or if the product is substantially different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (South Africa).
